This was the best experience I've had. The technician responded to my request so quickly. He was over at my place in 20 minutes - as I requested - and he repaired the lock in 10 mins. Certainly a pro in his field. He was kind, thorough, and respectful too :) I am very very satisfied! Highly recommend!!!!

Fast and got the job done, but extremely pricey. Locked myself out of my car and the price was $250. My friend from work said other locksmiths in Saint Charles and Saint Louis don't charge nearly as much-- more around $40-$100. Fast service, but incredibly expensive, especially for younger people.

Technician calls me to confirm address and says he will be there in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, I was tired of waiting, and was able to open it myself. I call the shop to inform them I no longer need their services. They tell me the technician already attempted to contact me at the address and was on his way back to the shop. Then the shop tries to charge me a $20 service fee. Technician I'd assume had the incorrect address, but I would have thought someone would have given me a call. Instead of making me wait for over half an hour in 10 degree weather. Edit : Now after 4 months, the owner has the audacity to attempt to call my review fake instead of correcting or apologizing for the situation. You guys definitely deserve one star with that kind of customer service.
